Do you have a brick-and-mortar location?

We have Holiday Pie Shops that we bring to the Bay Area each fourth quarter of the year. The Holiday Pie Shops for the 2022 season are Palo Alto(Dec 17th-Dec24th) & San Ramon. Order through our website at Pietisserie.com/order-pie

What size are the pies?

Pietisserie pies are a standard 9 inches. Our pies comfortably slice into 6 slices.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

At Pietisserie, we love to experiment with creative flavors. Please note that our entire pie collection contains dairy and gluten. Our pies are vegetarian.

What are the optimal handling instructions?

Our pies store well in the fridge for up to 7 days. Alternatively, our pies freeze well for up to 90 days.

I forgot to pickup my order, now what do I do?

Immediately check with the pickup location via phone to see if they still have your order. Orders are not returned to our bakery facility & are disposed if they are not claimed within 48 hours of the original scheduled pickup time. 

Our pickup locations are not prepared to store orders longterm. Please make note of your selection and prepare to retrieve in a timely fashion. Unclaimed orders are non-refundable or transferable to a new order. Once we have prepared your order and dispatched it cannot be reversed.
